Hi @flyingace63,
Please try to split the contents of the diagnostic logs into 2 folders, zip it and attach.Hi @wacher,
The “X” button found on upper right corner of windows viewer when in full screen mode is currently intended for Windows (Surface) tablet that don’t have keyboard attached and no way to exit from full screen mode.
We will improve this feature soon.
In case you want to disable it, we can only suggest 2 things:
– only maximize the spacedesk viewer window instead of full screen mode, OR
– if you are not using the touch feature, maybe you can disable it in viewer’s Functionality settings -> Touch Off (temporarily), if you want to go to full screen mode.Hi @bkchng,
You can enable the auto-reconnect option so it will automatically reconnect when sudden disconnect happens.
Just go to Settings -> Automatic Connect… -> check the “Auto-reconnect” box below.Hi @cskash,
What was the connected time below the error info?
For further analysis, could you please send us the diagnostic logs of this disconnect issue?
Just open the spacedesk Driver Console app in your Windows 10/11 primary machine, then follow the steps below:
– click the Diagnostics on the left side panel
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)
– try to connect your viewer app and reproduce the disconnect issue
– switch Diagnostic Collection OFF
– click Save All Information button (if message box appear just click No to proceed)
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.- 该回复由spacedesk Lea 于 1年、 9月前 修正。
In the spacedesk Driver Console -> click the CONTROL, then you will find the Videowall status switch button.
Another thing, please disable the Nvidia ShadowaPlay/In-game overlay/screen recording in your primary machine, based on the diagnostics you sent it is currently active. You can verify it in spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics -> Incompatible software products.
I see.. though in the spacedesk Driver Console it shows that the display mode is in Duplication mode..
Next, could you please try to switch OFF the Videowall mode?Hi @viynd,
Thanks for sending the screenshot.
Could you please try to press the Windows logo key + P hotkey, then select “Extend”.Hi @cskash,
Full screen mode of iOS Viewer app for MAC is not yet supported.
The current spacedesk iOS Viewer for MacOS ARM is not yet optimized.
This will be available in the next version (no schedule yet for next release).Hi @mohrytz,
spacedesk Driver for Windows 8.1 DOES NOT support native USB cable connection.
It is only available in Windows 10-11 primary machine and Android devices (phone and tablet). Not sure if Chromebook supports USB tethering.
If it is, you can setup a direct private network connection between your Windows 8 primary machine and Chromebook via USB cable.
To setup USB tethering please check the chapter “USB Tethering” in our user manual – https://forum.spacedesk.netuser-manual/#item_509.Ok. Can you please also include the “Connections – Client Information” of this connected client in the right page?
Are you playing the game in your primary monitor or in spacedesk display?
Can you tell us this game? It’s the spacedesk Driver Console you used for diagnostic logs.. just open it again by clicking the spacedesk tray icon on your task bar’s notification area..
Please check the attached screenshot.附件:

Ok.
When you try to connect your iPhone client, does the spacedesk Driver Console showing the connected iOS Viewer client underneath Connections -> Active ( # connected)?
Please also check if there’s a detached (grayed out) display in the Windows Display Settings.Could you please also try with your “Famatech Radmin VPN Ethernet” network disabled?
Hi @viynd,
Thanks for sending the diagnostic logs.Is the iOS viewer app showing plain black screen? or is it showing “Connected – Display-Off” text over the screen?

Hi @seo,
Connecting up to 300-600 client devices with spacedesk is not possible.
It will also depend on how many displays your primary machine’s resources (e.g. Graphics Adapter, Memory, Network bandwidth, CPU) can handle.Hi @viynd,
For further analysis, could you please send us the diagnostic logs for this issue?

Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.Hi @noddy,
Unfortunately, it’s not possible. Remote Audio/Speaker in spacedesk iOS Viewer is not yet supported.
Currently, only Android and Windows 7 Viewer app supports this feature.Hi @flyingace63,
For Touchscreen issue on MSFS 2020:
We have a previous spacedesk users that verified that MS Flight Simulator does NOT support/recognize touchscreen input (in general not just in spacedesk).
And according to that user, it can only recognize mouse input from a remote display. We can only suggest either of the following:
1. Use mouse touch which automatically activates on your second viewer connection.
Current spacedesk’s touchscreen only supports in first spacedesk display, so on your first viewer app just activate touch screen first, then connect a second viewer app where you can move your flight simulator app and try to send the mouse touch input from there.
2. Select relative touch input in your viewer app settings (the touch input will behave as mouse pad for your primary machine). For the Connected – Display Off issue:
Did you check in the display settings if there’s a detached display?
If it’s just detached, just attach it by selecting Extend or Duplicate in Multiple displays dropdown menu.If no detached display, please send us the diagnostic logs of the issue for further analysis.
– open the spacedesk Console window app by clicking the spacedesk tray icon on your task bar’s notification area
– click the Diagnostics on the left side panel
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)

Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.Hi @sidar,
Current spacedesk BETA version only supports 30 or 60 FPS/refresh rate via spacedesk Viewer Settings -> Quality/Performance -> Custom FPS Rate.
Hi @seo,
Current spacedesk Driver BETA v1064 (for Windows 10/11) supports up to 16 viewer connections (with native Android/iOS/Windows viewer app).Hi @jharris1993,
Have you already tried to only check the “Use native android device resolution” in the spacedesk Viewer Settings -> Resolution?Hi @almightychito,
Thank you very much for sending the diagnostic logs.
It seems that you have a Virtual Desktop (from https://www.vrdesktop.net/) installed in your primary machine.
This software seems to have incompatibility issue with spacedesk.
We were able to reproduce the same Display Off issue after installing the Virtual Desktop then reboot. Please try this workaround steps to make it work with spacedesk:
– open device manager in your primary machine
– go to Display adapters and right-click Enable device the “Virtual Desktop Monitor”
– open spacedesk Driver Console then switch the spacedesk SERVER OFF-ONIf the steps above did not help, then the only option is to uninstall the Virtual Desktop app then reboot your primary machine.
Hi @tartiak22,
We just released a new spacedesk Driver v1064 on the website.
It includes a potential fix for the spacedesk switching OFF after videowall connectivity.
Please check if it solves the issue on your side.
Looking forward to your feedback.Hi @bkchng,
Thanks for the feedback.
Are you using the spacedesk Windows 10 Viewer from the Microsoft Store?
Or the spacedesk Windwos 7 Viewer (Desktop Version 0.9.39) from the website?Hi @lobodelcaribe,
We just released a new spacedesk Driver v1064 on the web.
It includes a potential bug fix for the uninstallation issue.Just do the complete uninstallation of the previous version (using the old msi) first then install this new version.
From there, please check the uninstallation-installation process using v1064 msi if it will work properly now on your side (without the work around steps above).Looking forward to your feedback.
Hi @bkchng,
What is current resolution in the attached screenshot?
What is your tablet’s native screen resolution? Is the screenshot showing the extension or mirrored display?
What is the native screen resolution of your primary monitor? What is the operating system of your tablet device? Android/iOS/Windows?
Hi @golgoth,
Thanks for sending the requested files.
Based on your Dxdiag info your primary PC is 64bit ARM processor.
Unfortunately, spacedesk does not support ARM processors.Hi @golgoth,
Could you please check if you can find the following files:
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskService.exe
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskServiceTray.exe
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskConsole.exe
Then run services.msc, find spacedeskService and check if the status is Running. For further analysis, please send us the following:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.Hi @jdmusic,
spacedesk is still in BETA version.
spacedesk Viewer Pro will not be available anytime soon.Hi @lobodelcaribe,
Thank you very much for the info.
We will investigate and fix this issue very soon.Hi @philferrar,
Currently no plans for ChromeOS or Linux version of spacedesk Driver or Viewer app.Hi @lobodelcaribe,
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback.
Before the uninstall steps you provided, how many client devices are you using for spacedesk connection?
Were all of them connected over the network? Or was there a client device connected over Android USB cable?
Can you please tell us the leftovers of spacedesk in your device manager (except for the Generic MOnitors)?Hi @frederiklenius,
If spacedesk Android USB is already enabled in the spacedesk Driver COnsole, spacedesk Viewer app in the android device should automatically launch and connect upon USB cable plug, no need to select anything in the USB preference option.
Could you please check in your Android device settings -> Developer’s option if USB debugging is enabled.
If it’s enabled, please disable it and try again with spacedesk Android USB connection.Hi @atlas-meow,
Could you please convert the image to JPEG file, reduce the size and re-attach again?- 该回复由spacedesk Lea 于 1年、 9月前 修正。
Hi @noob_gamr,
Current spacedesk Viewer App is not capable on waking up Android device (from screen lock).
You have to manually wake up your device to launch/connect the spacedesk Viewer app.spacedesk Android Viewer only has Automatic Connect (via IP or PC name) feature in the settings.
If this is set, it will automatically connects to the specified IP address or PC name upon manually launching the spacedesk Viewer App.Hi @mcclack
Our MSI installer is designed to delete the spacedesk program files after installation that’s why it is expected to be emptied.
Did the installer returns any error message box during installation?
Is this the first time you install spacedesk? Or do you already have a previous version installed? For further analysis, please send us the following:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INFPlease save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.

Hi @switchplay7149,
Thanks for sending the reg file.
Please follow the steps below:
– Go to C:\Users\christian.ertl\AppData\Roaming\BetterDiscord\plugins and copy the spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v1050_BETA.msi there.– Extract the *.reg file inside the regedit-data-modified.zip which I attached, double click it to merge in your registry.
It’s the same reg file you sent I just added “PackageName” and set it to “spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v1050_BETA.msi” in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer
\Products\325F9F2F024C6954BB7A89B74FE05538\SourceList– Then go back to C:\Users\christian.ertl\Downloads\spacedeskMsiTraceGenerate where spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v1050_BETA.msi is located and right-click the get_trace.bat and run as Administrator.
– If the “Remove” button is available please try to click it.
Otherwise, proceed with installation, then run again the msi and uninstall it via “Remove”.-If it still fails, please send us the updated spacedeskmsi_trace file.

您需要登录才能查看附件。OK. Did you also check in service.msc window? Is it “Stopped”?
How about the Audio? Is it enabled when the issue happened?
If yes, can you please try without remote Audio in the viewers and check if spacedesk will still turn OFF.Hi @switchplay7149,
I see.. looks like System Restore point is broken.
Next to try:
– Run “regedit” on your primary machine
– go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes
\Installer\Products\325F9F2F024C6954BB7A89B74FE05538
– then right-click the “325F9F2F024C6954BB7A89B74FE05538” registry key, select “Export”
– Save the exported *.reg file in a folder then zipped it and send it to us.Using the last spacedeskmsi_trace.txt you sent, is “spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v1050_BETA.msi” still in C:\Users\christian.ertl\Downloads\spacedeskMsiTraceGenerate folder?

Hi @infinity,
Based on your description, it seems like that problem is on your drawing tablet moving its pen cursor to another display (which is not the main display). And it can only recover if you replug the tablet..Hi @mripadwall,
I see…
Our iOS developer will look into it.
Usually this behavior only happens in iOS9/10 which are not supported anymore.Hi @belle,
Based on the tutorial video, you are connecting via HTML5 Viewer which is also running on your primary machine, right?
I assume when you connect the HTML5 viewer on your machine, it’s in mirror mode. But you want it in extend mode, right?
Then you can easily switch to extend mode, just open the Windows Display Settings and switch the mirrored displays to extend.
For assistance, please check Configuration and Settings -> Windows Driver (Primary Machine) chapter https://forum.spacedesk.netuser-manual/#item_469.Hi @lobodelcaribe,
Your first 3 post seems to be in need of approval. Not sure why.. but anyway I already approved it and now visible in the thread.
OK, first we have to remove this orphan service before running again the msi installer for clean installation.
What was the result when you tried the “sc delete” command?
Did you try “sc stop spacedeskService” first before the “sc delete spacedeskService”? -
