Hi, Im trying to use this app to connect my tablet to laptop via USB, but I have issues with enabling USB connection
When I click on the “USB Cable Android” it doesnt responding or changing state, so plugging tablet doesnt lead to anything
I found file list of driver and found out that Im missing some of the files, one of them is spacedeskDriverAndroidUsb.sys , so maybe thats the reason of my problem, but I dont know how to solve it since I’ve already reinstalled driver couple of times and it doesnt helped附件:

Did the progress bar for the ‘USB Cable Android’ option finish when you clicked on it?
Please refer to the attached screenshot for assistance.Could you please provide us with the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INFPlease save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.

As for the progress bar, I have no one. All I have is an empty checkbox that isn’t changes his state, though it reacts when I point at it.

Thank you very much for sending the required files,
However, for further investigation, Could you please send us the Diagnostic logs of this Issue?
Just follow the steps below:
– open spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)
– reproduce the issue.
– switch Diagnostic Collection OFF
– click Save All Information button (if a message box appears, just click No to proceed)
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.11 1 月, 2024 2:05 下午 #25324ferjero989参与者i have the same problem. i cant turn the usb android box

We will continue investigating this issue.

Based on your traces, you did not allow or click YES on the User Account Control pop-up after you turned ON the Diagnostics and USB Cable Android.

Could you please try running your spacedeskConsole.exe as an Administrator and see if it will work?
