Failed to install new version 2

hello; i tried to install spacedesk driver for windows11 and just before i run the app as administrator or (just open the app) it keeps asking for ( spacedeskconsole.exe) that i can not find on my computer
would you help me please!

Can you please send us the screenshot of the installer asking for spacedeskConsole?

Is this the first time you install spacedesk? Or do you already have a previous version and you are trying to update to latest version?

For further analysis, please also provide the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Thanks for sending the requested files.
Based on the logs, spacedesk v1057 installation succeeded.
And you can find the spacedeskConsole.exe in C:\Windows\System32 directory.

Are you sure that the installer fails? Did it show any error message?
Can you please also send us the screenshot of the installer asking for spacedeskConsole?

Can you please verify the following:

1. Check if you can find these files in your primary machine:
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskService.exe
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskServiceTray.exe
C:\Windows\System32\spacedeskConsole.exe

2. Check if spacedeskService is running.
Just run “services.msc”, find spacedeskService and check if the status is “Running”.

3. Check in your taskbar’s notification area if spacedesk tray icon is visible.
Please check the attached screenshot.

i can not find spacedeskservice in the services.msc

but i can find spacedesk tray icon on my desktop.

i think that the problem is my pc did not douwnload the .exe : i have a galaxybook*

does your app have a version 64 bit ARM?

I see.. spacedesk does not support ARM processors.
