Hi @candeman,
We’re now analyzing the logs you have sent and will update you once we arrive with a permanent workaround. on the other hand, you can now enable ‘use native android device resolution’ in android viewer and try to switch to your desired resolution with windows settings.
Hi @candeman,
please go to spacedesk driver console in your primary machine and click both ‘clear spacedesk settings’ and ‘clear windows display settings’ then try connecting it to the viewer again and see if you can now dock touch keyboard on your screen. if the issue still persists, try setting your desired resolution in the spacedesk viewer settings by spacedesk viewer > settings > resolution > disable ‘use native android device resolution’ > click ‘Choose custom resolution’ > then see if you can find your desired resolution choose it on from the options then click apply. if the problem is still observable, you can try other resolutions that offers the dock keyboard feature in ‘Choose custom resolution’
also, please send us the diagnostic logs of this issue by following the instructions below.
– Open spacedesk Driver Console
– Go to Diagnostics then click Save All Information button
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.Hi @manish11165,
FYI:
We were able to somehow reproduce a keyboard issue where the soft keyboard will only appear on the first activation using the On-Screen-menu, but after the next call out of the keyboard it won’t appear anymore.
Do you observe the same pattern or is it a different one?
Also, please check if the keyboard function will go back to normal once you downgrade/use a lower version of Fleksy keyboard as the issue is reproduceable in version 11 only, we tried using a much lower version (version 10) and it works.Hi @wlioi,
upon investigating the issue, we found out that there is a similar bug reported in the quicker forum which pertains to troublesome left click function while quicker is turned on. it has been a known issue in quicker community for a while now, https://getquicker.net/QA/Question/10527 which means spacedesk drivers might not be the culprit afterall.
however, we can suggest this following workaround:
1. please check your version of quicker and update it to the latest version.
2. you can try to disable all mouse rules you have created which can be found in advanced mouse trigger settings.Hi @wlioi,
As of now we are still trying to reproduce the issue.
While we’re still looking into it, can you please tell us what is your secondary machine? Is it windows/iOS/android? and what display mode are you using where the issue mostly occurs? extend/duplicate/second screen only?Hi @candeman,
We understand that you’re having trouble docking windows touch keyboard on your screen, Windows 11 has removed the dock/undock option for Devices with 18+ inches screen from its early versions and probably up to the latest. please refer to https://content.techgig.com/technology/microsoft-says-goodbye-to-these-old-features-in-windows-11/articleshow/83918235.cms
On the other hand, may we ask what screen size does your primary machine (Windows 11 PC) have? what is its native screen resolution? were you able to dock windows touch keyboard with only your main monitor and without any virtual monitor connections? and lastly, what mode were you using when trying out the keyboard on spacedesk and other related software, extend or duplicate mode?We understand that you are having trouble connecting spacedesk to your laptop, please try to follow this workaround…
– You can double check if both of your primary and secondary machine are connected within the same local area network
– Try to see if spacedesk or C:\Windows\system32\spacedeskService.exe is included in antivirus or firewall’s exception list. this is to
allow spacedesk service to establish incoming and outgoing connections
– If you have VPN (Virtual Private Network) active in your machine, please disable it
– If you are connecting over wireless network, please make sure your wifi router has client isolation disabled
– Try to check if your current Network profile in your primary machine is Public, if so, switch it to Private. you can navigate this
options by going to Windows Settings -> Internet & NetworkYou can also check Troubleshooting -> Network Connection chapter in the user manual https://forum.spacedesk.netuser-manual/
on the other hand, have you tried switching On/Off your spacedesk Driver Console whenever the issue occurs? and also, can you tell us what machine are you using for spacedesk viewer. Android/iOS/Windows?

It seems that you’re experiencing a common issue related to missing windows/applications in windows 10 and 11, this event usually happens when your app/window is accidentally placed inside or under the taskbar while using dual display through physical (HDMI/DVI/VGA) or network connection in extend mode which means spacedesk server/viewer is not the cause of the issue. I have tried reproducing a missing window in this video. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1–zutXirZx3soOS1h5Ouf-hD1TU_BVsC/view?usp=sharing
the video showcase that some applications that goes missing in multiple display are usually under the taskbar and you won’t be able to access it again or move it unless you restart the application.
you can try this workaround to find/make those missing applications visible in your screen to access it:if you are using windows 11 in your primary screen:
-press Windows Key + Tab -> (all of your running application will appear in both screen) hover your mouse to your missing window/map and press right click -> press snap right or snap left.if you are using windows 10 in your primary screen:
-hover your mouse in the taskbar and press right click -> choose “Cascade Windows”. (all of your active applications will appear in your screens including the missing one)- 该回复由Datronic Administrator 于 2年、 1月前 修正。

Hi @Davyd,
About the decreasing screen image effect upon spacedesk viewer connection in windows 11, this effect is a built-in and expected behavior in the previous and new windows versions but is more visually present in windows 11. I have attached a video link that showcase your possible problem — https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P9tmk1CUQj4Z_6gRjg61z79s4SRl48Ss/view?usp=sharing
the video shows the zooming out effect in the main monitor (win 11) with a notification sound when you connect spacedesk viewer. please let us know if this is the same as what you are referring to. if it is indeed the same problem and you don’t want the animation effect, you can just disable it on windows 11 settings by clicking the windows icon -> click settings -> Accessibility -> Visual effects -> and then turn off the Animation Effect option. you can also just try Windows key + U -> Visual Effect -> turn off Animation effect. see attached file for a more detailed tutorial.附件:
