wont connect

when i click on space desk it only open up the console and not the small menu and when i try to connect my monitor turns off and on and my phone screen is black. I already updated geforce drivers.

For further analysis, could you please click the “Save All Information” button in the spacedesk Driver Console window, Diagnostics page.

PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
