win11 iPad connected – display off

HI，before 1 month ago I installed spacedesk，it’s a amazing software and good to use.
My enviroment is Windows11 and iPad.
this morning it cant work, the iPad error message is “Connected – Display OFF”,and the driver in Windows11 is ok.I can see the Ipad work in Connections Active(Connected) list.
the attachement is my Windows11 PC image.

Hi @wuzhengxuan,

Unfortunately *.7z file is not allowed as attachments.

Could you please follow the steps below:
– open the spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)
– try to connect your viewer app and reproduce the issue
– switch Diagnostic Collection OFF
– click Save All Information button
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.

Hi @wuzhengxuan,

Could you please check in the Windows Display settings if there’s a detached display. If it’s there, please attach it by selecting the Extend or Duplicate.

I changed my iPad mini2,it is also give me this message “Connected – Display OFF”,and “Pinch to disconnect display” quickly disappear.

Before I install the name called “aida64”,the spacedesk can good to work.I don’t know if it’s because of this.

Hi @wuzhengxuan,
Could you please check on your Device Manager (just run devmgmt.msc) if there’s a disabled “Virtual Desktop Monitor” and try to enable it.
