screen size

I am using a 14″ laptop Pc as an additional monitor for fs 2020. This has been working fine for ages but all of a sudden I only get a windowed vies of Spacedesk, not the full screen. When I click on “display panel” the screen size is greyed out ? o w can I change that screen size back to the actual screen size of the laptop ?

Can you please send us the screenshot of the windowed size spacedesk viewer?
Which spacedesk Windows Viewer are you using? Windows 10 (from Microsoft Store)?
Or the Windows 7 desktop version v0.9.39?

Hi thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in responding.

The Laptop I am using is a vivo notepad that can be used as a tablet or a pc. This all worked fine with spacedesk for maybe 3 years BUT I noticed when checking that the Operating system has changed from Windows 10 to windows 11. After a lot of checking etc it appears that windows 11 does not allow this laptop to be used as a tablet, but even so I have used in the past the same laptop in laptop format with spacedesk and all worked perfect. For whatever reason the windows Display Screen on the PRIMARY screen will only show a greyed out smaller screen for this laptop and does not allow me to adjust the screen size unlike all the other screens I have that use Spacedesk !!

Can you please send us the screenshot of the display settings window with grayed out display.

I was about to take Photo’s of the display settings and the laptop screen, fired them both up click on Spacedesk and all working as it should do, like it use to. No idea why it happened like it did, I never did any alterations to anything !!!!!!
