Primary PC connects to Laptop client – turns off monitor connected to primary pc

My primary PC has an external monitor connected to it!

when I connect a laptop client to the primary PC (which has the external monitor via HDMI) space desk turns off the external monitor and connects the laptop client as the extended secondary display.

Please anybody can tell me if it is possible to even connect via this configuration at all!

Hi @raj,

To clarify, do you have 2 physical monitors connected to your primacy PC? If so, upon connecting your viewer to your primary pc, open Display Settings then see if any of the connected monitors are disconnected. Just change the “Disconnect this display” to “Extend to this display.” Please see attached screenshot. Let us know if this resolved your issue.
