Please share the last driver version that keeps aspect ratios

I just updated the driver and now custom resolution doesn’t work any more.

Or I should say – I guess it still works but instead of the image getting letterboxed (as it should), it is now stretched.

Can you tell us which previous driver version that keeps the aspect ratio on your side?

For further analysis, can you please send us the diagnostic logs of your primary machine. Just open the spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostic then click the “Save All Information”.

Can you also tell us what is your secondary machine? Is it Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5? And its current native and custom screen resolution set in the viewer app settings.

I found 1031 in the meantime, downgraded, upgraded again and now it works… 🤷
