My phone cannot detect any Primary Machien and i tried adding IP it dont work.

Are both PC and smartphone device connected on the same LAN (local area network)? Maybe a third-party firewall software installed? Or VPN active? Please also check chapter “Troubleshooting – Network Connection” in the instruction manual https://spacedesk.net/user-manual/
