Hi, can I use my windows pc and have the ability to move over mouse to the left to have mouse curser appear on iPad screen and operate iPad apps from windows pc and mouse?

unfortunately, you cannot use spacedesk to control your Ipad apps. you can only use your Ipad as an additional monitor/display of your Windows PC
