Can’t change resolution.

I can’t change resolution on my laptop, when I clik on resolution settings nothing appears.
How can I solve it.

Hi @ertugrul,
Is it the resolution of your laptop monitor? Or spacedesk display?
If it’s spacedesk display, you have to enable the custom resolution in the viewer settings and select from the resolution list before connecting the spacedesk.

The resolution set is 1024×768, which is extremely zoomed in and does not look very nice. However, when I go to change the resolution, the box is grayed out and will not let me click on it. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Did you already check the custom resolution list on the viewer settings?
What is your viewer app type? Android/iOS/Windows?

Hello guys,

The resolution should be set “before connection”. If you try to change after connection is already done, buttons will be grayed out.

If that don’t solve the issue, try to execute software as administrator.

I had same issue, hope it helps.
