Android 8 Tablet to PC wireless to Eero Pro Not detect primary machine

My iPad connects to PC which is wirelessly connected to internet via eeroPro.
My Android tablets using android 8 cannot detect any Primary machine even if ip address is manually entered.
Anay assistance would be appreciated.
