Touchscreen não funciona!

Mesmo habilitado o touch absoluto, ele não está funcionando, vou deixar anexado aqui o mesmo procedimento que mandaram outra pessoa fazer aqui no fórum.

Thanks for sending the diagnostic logs.
Remote touch input will not work if Video wall mode is enabled.
Please disable it first on Videowall Engine user interface before trying the absolute touch input.
