    What could be the reason for the lack of duplicate option described in the link below:

    I tested on two computers with SPACEDESK DRIVER SOFTWARE for Windows PRIMARY PC (server) – 32-bit and 64-bit.
    I tested two tablets with the client software, one an iPad with iOS and the other an Android tablet. It’s the same in both cases, there is no duplicate option in the screen settings. There is only “extendet” or “show only…”.
    If I use the shortcut with WIN + P, I can select the duplicate, but it doesn’t work properly.
    Can someone help? I need the option to mirror the primary screen on my tablet.

    Hi @apuk,
    Could you please check if your primary graphics adapter is updated and has WDDM version 2.0-above.
    You can check the WDDM version by opening the dxdiag.exe then click Display tab, check the “Driver Model” underneath “Drivers” box.

    Thank you very much!
    These are old computers and both have WDDM version 1.3. I checked it earlier, but according to these requirements I thought it would be OK. https://manual.spacedesk.net/SystemRequirements.html
    Unfortunately, there are no newer drivers for the graphics card, but setting Microsoft Basic Display driver helped 🙂
