    i Can not see the server…

    wich should be the outcome if I use the command NETSH?

    I GOT THE FOLLOWING OUTCOME:
    netsh advfirewall firewall show rule name=”spacedeskservice”

    Rule Name: spacedeskService
    ———————————————————————-
    Enabled: Yes
    Direction: In
    Profiles: Domain,Private,Public
    Grouping:
    LocalIP: Any
    RemoteIP: Any
    Protocol: Any
    Edge traversal: No
    Action: Allow
    Ok.

    Hi @mnajera,
    Could you please send us the following info:
    Primary Machine
    – operating system (Windows 8.1/10)?
    – graphics adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia)
    – network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

    Secondary Machine
    – Viewer type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5)
    – network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

    What is your current network profile on your primary machine? Public or Private?
    Aside from Windows built in firewall, do you have third party firewall software (e.g. McAfee)?
    When you set the rule above, is the program path set to C:\Windows\system32\spacedeskService.exe?
    Do you maybe have VPN (Virtual Private Network) currently active?
