Windows 7 Black and white image. 2023

I updated my windows on my secondary pc to make it work, in windows 10 it won’t let me set the resolution of my screen which is 900×1600 and I also have windows 7 installed that stays in black and white. I need help

What is the current version of the client for Windows 7?
I reinstalled the client to v0.9.39 (BETA), but the screen is still black and white.
The server was also reinstalled to 1.0.50 and everything is fine with it if I connect through the android app.

Client for Windows 7 is not maintained very much any more.
But still it should not expire (I just double checked).
Are you really sure?
Anyway, our engineers will have a detailed look at this tomorrow…

New spacedesk Server/Driver v1.0.50 for Windows 7/8.1 is now released.
This new version should fix the black and white screen issue on your side.

spacedesk Driver/Server on Windows 10 or Windows 7?
spacedesk Viewer on Windows 10 or Windows 7?
Or spacedesk Viewer on something else (e.g. iOS, Android)?

I think you must download qWAVE driver for windows 7. My problem is same. But I barely use windows7
Please download KB3063858 update for windows 7.

I have a desktop pc that I use as a server with windows 10 and it works perfectly but on my all in one pc that I use as a client it looks black and white that has windows 7

The spacedesk Driver/Server is the one that expires.
Update needed for your spacedesk Driver/Server on Windows 10:
Install spacedesk Driver/Server version: Beta RC v1.0.50 (from spacedesk website)

Please also make sure that the Viewer/Client is up to date as well.
For your spacedesk Viewer on Windows 7 you have two alternative options:
– Install spacedesk Viewer for Windows 7 Beta III v0.9.39 (from spacedesk website)
– Use spacedesk HTML Viewer v0.9.10(follow link on spacedesk website)

I just updated everything again as you indicated and it’s still in black and white
I tried the html but there is a lot of lag so I will abandon the best program in the world “spacedesk” until they release a new update, it is a pity because I used it exclusively for work. but thank you for your time and help

I fixed my Black and White issue on the Console by Clearing the Spacedesk Setting on the lower right Settings section. Worked instantly.
