when connected, the screen is displayed and turns off

When I click to connect, it plugs in and the server screen is displayed but immediately disconnects.

Do you have McAfee Antivirus-Software installed on the spacedesk Windows Pimary Machine (Server)? McAfee is known to cause such behavior.
