Unable to uninstall older versions

Hi.

I deleted the temporary files because the drive was small and I had no choice.
As a result, when I upgrade an application, I cannot delete the old version of the application.

What is requested is the installer (msi) of the previous version.

Is there any way to obtain an older version of the installer?

The installer requested at the time of removal is as follows
