If the new version has cannot recover the old version, I hope please cannot update anymore, because if not update the new version, it cannot work, install the new version must need to delete the old version to renew the setup, it makes most of the trouble of the user, so please consider the update period or stop to update anymore, thanks a lot

– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
