    Will only let me repair or delete the file, I’ve allowed the file though my 3rd party firewall, but for some reason its still not working


    Anyone can help me?

    Hi @carsonolson99,

    On which part of the setup did it get stuck? What was shown in the installer window?
    FYI: If you already see the Repair or Remove option, it means spacedesk installation was able to finish.

    For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
    – run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
    – spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
    – file located in C:\Windows\INF

    Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.
