    Hello spacedesk supporters.

    I’ve been using spacedesk well on the previous laptop so far. I recently purchased a new, latest laptop and tried to install and use spacedesk, but the spacedesk on the second monitor does not work. The second monitor is a Samsung tablet as well and it just shows a message “Connected – display off”. I tried to check it with the previous laptop(HP) again, it works well. I’m curious if spacedesk dose not work on the Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU.

    The laptop model and CPU specifications are as follows.

    * Company : SAMSUNG
    * Model: NT940XMA-K01AB
    * CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon® X Elite CPU

    After inquiring with the SAMSUNG company, they told me to contact spacedesk to see if it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon® X Elite CPU.

    Hi @branden,

    is the Samsung laptop running Windows OS ARM platform?
    If it is, then spacedesk does not support it yet.

    Hi Nicole.
    thanks for the reply.

    Yes, correct. it’s Windows 11 Home OS ARM platform.
    Is there any plan of updating the spacedesk for that OS?

    I would like to support this feature too. Because my Surface Pro 11 laptop is also running on Qualcom Snapdragon X Plus CPU. The issue is the same: the second monitor status is connected, but I not displaying anyting: Connected – Display off.

    Hi @branden, @ganagus,

    We will be releasing an ARM64 version of the spacedesk Driver package in the coming weeks.
