ParticipantJust tried to install SpaceDesk on my win10 pc. Install fails with the following log message

KeymasterHi @andyc,
Could you please send us the following for further analysis:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF-

ParticipantI have renamed the spacedesk “log” to “txt” and have extracted the spacedesk portion of setupapi.

KeymasterPlease save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

KeymasterThanks for sending the logs.
Could you please try the most recent spacedesk Driver v1.0.26 on the web then let us know if you still get the same issue.
If the problem still persist, please send an updated logs.-

Is the failing msi installer shows error message box? OR
Is your computer crashing while trying to install spacedesk?We noticed a bluescreen crash on your dxdiag file, is it happening during spacedesk installation?

ParticipantWas a fix for this found. Having same issue installing Ver 1029 on Win 10. Install fails half way through. Setup removes files and finishes. Windows does not crash

The dump analysis shows that chdrvr01.sys driver is crashing. Please check the attached dump analysis.
The driver’s product name is CH Products Control Manager.
Do you have any CH Products on your primary machine? E.g. game controllers (joysticks, pedals, throttles)?Attachments:
