When I tried to update the software, I got an error and could not proceed.
I also tried uninstalling the software, but the same error prevented me from proceeding.
The software is also unusable now.

For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Did you upgrade to Windows 11 while you have spacedesk driver already installed on your primary machine?
If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code of current spacedesk version on your machine:
spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v106_BETA.msi:{ACBF712E-641A-4E6C-BA06-67019D920FAA}
I could uninstall via Troubleshooting tool from Microsoft.(from lists)

The same error message appears during installation, so I cannot install it yet.
I’ve been using an older version of the software since windows 10.

Which older version is working on your side? Is it the v1.0.6?
