As a test, I tried connecting multiple monitors to spacedesk. I could only connect 4 at a time. When I add a 5th, it disconnects one display.

Is this a limitation of the software?

    Hi @jerryss,
spacedesk can support up to 16 viewer connections as long as your Windows 10/11 primary machine’s GPU/resources can handle all the connected displays.
Could you tell us more of the following:
    -GPU
    -Windows version (8.1/10/11)

Windows 11 with latest ms updates.

Rtx 2070 gpu with latest nvidia drivers

Any suggestions are appreciated. It worked with 5 monitors previously.

Ok, I did some more troubleshooting and found that these 2 devices can’t run at the same time. When you connect one, the other is disconnected

    Hi @jerryss,
It seems that the two devices have the same Device Identification GUID (the F77E.. that can be seen together with your client’s name in the console) This is a current limitation where only one of them could connect. We will check if there are possible solutions to this issue.

Thank you. I can wipeout the iPad, if that is needed

    Hi @jerryss,
Please try to clear the app data/cache of spacedesk iOS Viewer on one of the iPad device so it will generate a new Device Identification GUID different from the other device.
