The ability to check bandwidth usage from both the server and client connection would make trouble shooting easier. Just showing bandwidth usage compared to link speed, how many dropped packets and the round trip delay would quickly show if the delay settings need to be reduced.

This feature is already on our long term list of TODOs. It is not to be expected any time soon because of other short term tasks with higher priority.
