error code 2-5 and incompatible display hook driver

Could you please check my attached files.

My server screed show ‘Incompatible display hook driver’ this text and second monitor show ‘error code 2-5 error info 0-5.

I don’t use NVIDA Graphic Card and Splashtop Wired XDisplay.

I don’t know what is the problem.

Could you help me please!!

My server monitor is samsung laptop(win10 x64) and the second monitor is samsung tab s6 lite.

Hi @bontle,
The error notification indicates that you have a DisplayLink driver on your primary machine.
Do you have any USB pluggable display software installed on your primary machine which is probably using DisplayLink driver)?
