Based on the logs you sent.
The installation failed with access denied error.
Please make sure that your user account on your primary machine has Administrator access.
My user is an admin, I tried installing it with UAC off but I get the same issue.
Because it’s an MSI installer it doesn’t have a “Run as administrator” option.
It does ask for UAC rights if I leave UAC on, I give it to it but it still fails
