(2. Problem)

    Hi Renz!

    No chance.
    Deinstallation not possible.
    No services found.
    No registry.

    Any idea?

    Kind regards
    Martin

    Hi @mako,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
    – run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
    – spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
    – setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.

Please reboot your PC then check if spacedesk still shows up in Installed Apps. Thank you.

    Thank you.
    The new installation has worked.
The laptop now sees the old PC again.

A new problem. The new PC is also spacedesk server.
But the laptop does not see it.
Even if I enter the IP address manually, it does not see it.
Can’t a client see two servers so that I can then choose which one it should mirror?

    Hi @mako,

Are both devices in the same network? If so, nothing should prevent a client from seeing multiple servers. Please make sure that the spacedesk service is running as indicated in all server devices and that the service is allowed through any firewalls installed in your server devices. You may refer to the Troubleshooting > Firewall Settings on Primary Machine section in the Documentation for further details.
