    I can’t connect to Spacedesk 2nd monitor, it keep prompt me with Disconnected error. Here is the error message:

    Disconnected by server error
    Error Code: 2-5
    Error Info: 0-5
    Connected time: 00:00:01

    Both of my device are connected on same network.

    I have the same problem since two hours. Didn’t update neither the server nor the client – both are windows 10. I use the windows 7 software as client software because the app didn’t work (screen was rotated on the windows tablet).

    I had same problem today. I just updated driver software on my laptop and then it works well.

    Hi @nexile,
    Did you notice any error notification on primary machine?
    Do you maybe have splashtop software installed on your primary machine?

    For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save All Information”, then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

    Thanks for everyone’s reply. I updated the client on the tablet and the driver on my laptop, it resume back to normal now.
