I have deleted and reinstalled the IOS app and the display driver software, and any time I connect it only shows “Connected – Display OFF” on my ipad. It shows my primary monitor and the secondary monitor and both are attached in windows display settings. Copy of debug log attached.

Could you try switching off on your spacedesk Driver?
Could you also try rebooting your Primary and Secondary machine?
