    I am using the General Mobile E Tab-4 tablet.
    5 minutes after connecting to the tablet with Spacedesk, the connection drops.I can’t reconnect.
    I need spacedesk.Help me 🙁
    I enlarged the screens

    Hi @ahmetzkan,
    Do you have third party firewall software on your primary machine (e.g. McAfee)?
    Did you already tried to reboot your machine and try to reconnect the spacedesk?

    No,only windows defender but windows defender is turned off.
    Last night ı connect spacedesk half hour but now ı couldn’t connect today.

    Hi @ahmetzkan,
    Could you please check on your primary machine if spacedeskService is running?
    Just run services.msc, find spacedeskService and check the status, maybe try to restart it.

    For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save All Information”, then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

    SpacedeskService is running.There is no problem.
    I add dxdiag.txt.

    Hi @ahmetzkan,
    So you can’t connect spacedesk anymore after the first time?
    But can you still discover your primary machine on your viewer app?
    You can connect but you only get Display Off, correct?

    Is your primary machine connected to wireless or wired network?
    If it’s wireless, is it reliable/stable?

    Sometimes I connect for the first time and it disconnects after 5 minutes.
    Sometimes I can’t connect at all.
    Yes I can see.
    Yes Connected but Display Off.
    Yes wireless secure and stable.

    Today I connect directly but 1 minute later connect is gone.Screen Froze and ı connect again but this time again connected-Display off error..

    Please try our most recent spacedesk Driver v1.0.16 that we just released on our website https://forum.spacedesk.net.
    We have a potential bug fix for the Display Off issue.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    To further analyze this issue, please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.

    Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
    This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
    On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app and wait for the issue to happen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
    After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
    Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

    Thanks for sending the diagnostic logs.

    Do you maybe have TwoMon display driver installed on your primary machine?
    Could you also please disable the videowall mode and try again to connect?

    I removed Twomon and ı closed video wall engine mode.
    Nothing changed still same.

    My spacedesk don´t open anymore, “The Spacedesk Stopped” appears

    I’ve tried everything, I even formatted my tablet.

    What can I do ??

    Hi @ahmetzkan,
    Please make sure to update to latest version of spacedesk Android Viewer app (v0.9.80) it has a bug fix for the app crash observed on previous version.

    Without Twomon and Videowall disabled, could you please send us again an updated diagnostic logs?

    I also went ahead and ran the diagnostic program, here is the zip file. I have noticed something- when my screens stop working and the error-display off pops up, a program on my laptop stops- this program uses the same wifi and runs through a program on my desktop…one is a client, the other is a host… I got to think the two events are related since they have that in common and happen at the exact same time. Thanks!

    After running some tests and not starting some of the other programs, I have been able to figue out what was causing the issue, no support is needed at this time, thanks.
