    Hi team,

    The client app v1.76 crashes at the starting on my iPad (iOS 12.5.7) so I can’t use it at all.
    The issue found today (Jan. 19 in Japan), yesterday was fine.
    I tried restarting the device, uninstall and install the app, but no luck.
    Any solution?

    Hi @yuta,
    How does the crash occur? Does it happen upon launching the app or after connecting to a server? What type of connection are you using: Wi-Fi or Native USB?

    Hi Guys
    Exactly the same problem, only started today. Worked fine yesterday.
    IOS Version 12.5.7
    Wifi Connection to Windowa PC

    When the app on the ipad tried to start just flashes a blank white screen .

    iOS ver. 12.5.7

    SpaceDesk client fails to start, after click on SpaceDesk icon screen becomes white for a while (like the app starting) and then SpaceDesk app crashes, without any additional info, nothing happens just back to “main screen”.

    tested on Wi-Fi disabled/enabled, device connected/unconnected to PC

    also, the same problem was on iOS 11 just before I updated the iPad, because I thouht this may depend on iOS version, but it doesnt

    ** UPD **

    no difference how the app for iPad is downloaded.

    tested both on :

    – downloaded from the same Apple ID that shares both iPhone and iPad (iPhone version working), in this case a sign of a cloud appears for downloading. App doesnt work, crashes on launch.

    – created a fresh Apple ID directly on iPad device running iOS 12.5.7
    fresh download of SpaceDesk app from AppStore. App doesnt work, crashes on launch.

    Same issue here, updated to 1.76 on my 3 iPads.

    The ones on iOS 17 are fine, 12.5.7, the app opens and immediately closes. What’s odd is that it doesn’t actually “close”

    Meaning, if you double tap the home button, the app is still there (like its loaded) but you can’t see it.

    Thank you for fixing the iOS9 and iOS10 crash issue before.
    I updated the App of one of the devices to 1.76 today and it also crashed.
    iPhone 6S iOS10.2

    I updated my iPhone 6s with iOS 10.2 to 1.77 today.
    He also cannot open the App. The situation is the same as in 1.76.

    can you please release special version of 1.75 which is known as last stable in App Store ? for those who need SpaceDesk

    Yep can still confirm that 1.77 does the exact same thing. App briefly shows a white screen then disappears, shows as an active tab but does not function.

    hello, I would like to inform that the last stable verion of SpaceDesk which really works on iOS 12.5.7 is ver. 1.75 build 862355169

    this is the only info I managed to find on WEB and from several people using SpaceDesk on Facebook
