The touch track jumps to the edge of the screen.

What is your secondary machine? Android/iOS/Windows?
Could you please send us the diagnostic logs for this issue?
– open the spacedesk Console window app (in your primary machine) by clicking the spacedesk tray icon on your task bar’s notification area
– click the Diagnostics on the left side panel
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)
– try to connect your viewer app and reproduce the issue (touch track jumps to the edge of the screen)
– switch Diagnostic Collection OFF
– click Save All Information button
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.- This reply was modified 2 years ago by spacedesk Lea.

So you are using the spacedesk Android Viewer app from the Google Playstore, right?
However, it seems that you did not download the Debug View first before switching the diagnostic ON..

November 10, 2022 at 4:03 am #9670wlioiParticipantWithout spacedesk, I couldn’t use the console’s touch screen capabilities. I don’t have a touchscreen monitor. No other touch screen problems have been found on spacedesk. The touch screen display is normal, but the touch screen trajectory of GestureSign will become a straight line on the edge of the screen, only to perform the sliding function. In addition, using win11 touch gestures in spacedesk is normal.
