Cannot detect any primary machine (iPad)

I’m having a similar issue Dell to Ipad. tried over wifi, put in IP of dell. The validation window just spins constantly. USB-c cable from ipad to Dell.

for wireless connection, please refer to our user manual topic “Cannot discover Primary Machine”

As for USB cable connection, did you enable “USB Cable Driver iOS” in the spacedesk Driver Console?
