Can I use spacedesk with an 1.2t monthly data limit (Is it recommended?)

Hi, I have an Chromebook in which I use as a 2nd monitor, just recently, I switched to limited wifi data. Spacedesk is a good alternative to a second monitor, and I would like to continue using it. After further research, I’ve found out that Spacedesk does not support USBs with Chromebooks. Is it recommended to use space desk for about 5 hours a day, daily? It would be very helpful to know how much data Spacedesk uses every minute. So my main question is, will it hog the limit, or does it use very little bandwidth?

Hi @benscripts,
spacedesk does not require internet data.
It only needs the machines (both primary and secondary) to be connected on the same local area network.
spacedesk should not consume your wifi data.
Only applications that access the internet (e.g. web browsing, downloading, etc..) will consume the data.
