    Hi,
i am running the driver (beta 1.0.10) on my Thinkpad.
Connecting from the Android viewer does work.
However, when trying to locally connect via HTML 5 viewer, I repeatedly get a bluescreen with the following error:
    “driver_irql_not_less_or_equal”.
    Please advice.
    Julian

    Hi @jw,
Which web browser did you use for HTML5 connection?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
    – run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save All Information”, save the output file (dxdiag.txt) and send it to us
    – most recent dump file (*.dmp) of your BSOD with spacedesk which is located in C:\Windows\minidump folder.

    Hi Lea,
can you provide me an email address where I can send these files to you?
I don’t want to post the files here, as there might be private information contained.
    Regards,
    Julian

    Hi @jw,
Please try the latest spacedesk Driver v1.0.11 released on the website.
The blue screen crash upon HTML5 viewer connect should be fixed on this version.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hi Lea,
I can confirm, that with v1.0.11 there is no Bluescreen when the checkbox “Remote control” is checked.
BUT: remote control also does not work. When trying to click somewhere inside the viewer, nothing happens, except for that the cursor disapperars and Chrome tells me “Zum Einblenden des Cursors ESC drücken” (which translates to something like “press ESC to display the cursor”).

    Hi @jw,
    Thanks for confirmation.
As for the non working remote control, is videowall mode enabled?
