for further analysis, please send us the following files:
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.

Unfortunately, the file exceeds the allowed size.
Could you maybe try to split the contents of the diagnostics into 2 folders and just upload 2 zipped folders?
Or maybe upload the zip file in the dropbox or other file hosting services and just send us the download link.

Could you please try the following suggestion:
1. copy the msi and paste it to a different drive. e.g Local Disk (D:) then try to install it again.
2. if the above suggestion doesn’t work, please try to install it in a different installation folder. Also, make sure not to put any spaces between the folder name.

Could you please check your msi user permission? just right click on the msi > properties > go to security tab > click your user name (the one you are using) > then see if “write” and “Full control” is checked.
