I also went ahead and ran the diagnostic program, here is the zip file. I have noticed something- when my screens stop working and the error-display off pops up, a program on my laptop stops- this program uses the same wifi and runs through a program on my desktop…one is a client, the other is a host… I got to think the two events are related since they have that in common and happen at the exact same time.
