Follow-up: When I did the „Cast/save/share“ from the green initial page, rather than the red page showing the error message, the connection using the saved link worked correctly. I still had to enter the correct IP address.

I have the same issue. I can connect from iOS without any problems, but the Mac will not connect. Chrome gives the error „Could not connect. Connection Timeout“ and Safari says „Could not connect. Could not create websocket.“ I tried the „Cast/save/share“ suggestion, but then trying to connect using the created link just gives a timeout on both browsers (without askng what IP address to connect to.). The Websockets test says everything is OK.
All suggestions would be welcome thanks.
