Installing app on ipad mini

Dear Spacedesk Team

I’d like to use Spacedesk to turn my ipad Mini into a second screen for my Windows PC.

The driver installs fine on my PC. But when I try to get the app from the Apple App store, it gives me a message „Payment not completed“

The app isn’t yet installed so I can’t seem to remove it.

What is the problem and how might I fix it?

Hi @wmartin573,

the spacedesk iOS viewer app is free to download from the App Store.

As per the discussion from the Apple community, this might point to a pending balance, subscription, or billing issue.
