Connected- Display OFF

I’ve been having this issue a lot recently, and now icant use it at all anymore. my secundary machine is a lenovo laptop. It just says connected -display off and does nothing. It shows up in my primary machine as connected but detached. And yes, my windows settings are correct. And yes i updated and restarted my drivers. And yes i turned off all other software that might be blocking it. I’ve seen so many tips come by but literally nothing helped.

I did run a quick diagnostics, i’ll add the zip file below

Thank you very much for sending the diagnostic logs.

It seems that you have a Virtual Desktop (from https://www.vrdesktop.net/) installed in your primary machine.
This software seems to have incompatibility issue with spacedesk.
We were able to reproduce the same Display Off issue after installing the Virtual Desktop then reboot.

Please try this workaround steps to make it work with spacedesk:
– open device manager in your primary machine
– go to Display adapters and right-click Enable device the “Virtual Desktop Monitor”
– open spacedesk Driver Console then switch the spacedesk SERVER OFF-ON

If the steps above did not help, then only option is to uninstall the Virtual Desktop app then reboot your primary machine.
