Hi i connected a iPad Air 5 (with Magic Keyboard) to a Windows 11 PC (server) everything works Just fine every Key works beside the Enter and Backspace Key in the Magic Keyboard. The Keyboard definatly works Just fine on the iPad itself.

For further analysis, could you send us the Diagnostic logs of this Issue?
Just follow the steps below:
– open spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics
– if Debug View is not available, please click the download button first
– switch Diagnostic Collection ON (make sure to click Yes in the User Account Control box to proceed)
– try to connect your viewer and reproduce the issue
– switch Diagnostic Collection OFF
– click Save All Information button (if a message box appears, just click No to proceed)
PS: Saving all information will take a few seconds, then please send us the whole folder which contains all the diagnostic logs collected.
Please right-click the folder -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.September 4, 2023 um 7:17 pm Uhr #23623the_flueTeilnehmerHi and thanks for the fast answer.

Thank you very much for sending the diagnostic files.
However, the Debugview.log appears to be missing from the diagnostic logs you sent. Please include it in the .zip files. If you currently don’t have the Debugview.log, please try to reproduce the issue again using the steps we provided in our previous reply, Make sure to click the ‚Download‘ button next to ‚DebugView:‘ under ‚Diagnostic Collection‘ before you reproduce the issue in case Debugview is not available.

We’ve recently released a new spacedesk iOS Viewer on the App Store. This version contains a potential fix for the non-working backspace and enter keys. Please try it on your end and let us know if it resolves the issue for you.

Could you try disconnecting and then reconnecting your Magic Keyboard from your Ipad?
if that doesn’t work, Please send us again the Diagnostic logs of this Issue.
