Touchscreen is already supported by spacedesk.
You can easily enable it on the viewer settings.
Please check the Configuration & Settings -> Viewer Device (Secondary Machine) chapter in the user manual for more details https://forum.spacedesk.netuser-manual/.
By the way, is your Lenovo tablet Android? or Windows?
